30.11.2012 – Aurora green ltd. provides services of Chemical Adviser for Mercedes-Benz Srbija i Crna Gora ltd.

Aurora green ltd. signed the contract with Mercedes Benz Srbija i Crna Gora ltd. on provision of consultancy sevices of Chemicals Adviser  and drafting  of the entire necessary documentation in accordance with law on chemicals.

In oreder to enter chemicals into the Chemicals Registry, Chemicals Adviser will draft the enture necessary documentation including:

• aplication for the purpose of entering of chemicals into the Chemicals Register
• Chemical Dossiers
• Safety Data Sheets ((including translation of Safety Data Sheets from English into Serbian language)

Also, Chemicals Adviser  will ensure the proper management of chemicals in accordance with law and particulary to:

• draft and keep valid records of the chemicals in accordance with law
• inform in timely manner and cooperate with representatives from Mercedes Benz Srbija i Crna Gora ltd. in respect to implementation of all prohibitions and restrictions regarding production, placing on the market and use of chemicals that may represent unacceptable risk to human health and environment
• provide all necessary profesional assistance in connection to implementation of the provisions regarding classifiction, packaging, labelling and advertising of chemicals
• provide consilting services and professional assistance in relation to handling and/or storage of chemicals in safe manner in accordance with law
• take all the necessary actions and activites and coorporate with competent authorities for the purpose of fulfilment of obligations in accordance with applicable laws.
