31 MARCH – DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF REPORTS TO NRIZ AND LRIZ
We hereby inform all interested parties that we provide services related to registration and reporting to the National and Local Register of pollution sources (NRIZ and LRIZ), as well as preparation of the following reports:
– Annual Report on Emission Balance of Polluting Substances into Water, Air, and Soil, in accordance with the Rulebook on the Methodology for the Preparation of the National and Local Pollutant Release and Transfer Register and the methodology for the types, manner, and deadlines for data collection (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 91/10, 10/13, 98/16, 72/23 and 53/24);
– Annual Waste Reports, in accordance with the Waste Management Law (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 109/25) and the Rulebook on the Form of Daily Records and Annual Waste Report with Instructions for Completion (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 7/20, 79/21);
– Annual Report on Products That After Use Become Special Waste Streams (PTP2), in accordance with the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 95/18, 49/19, 92/23 and 109/25) and the Regulation on Products That After Use Become Special Waste Streams, the form of daily records on the quantity and type of produced and imported products and the annual report, the manner and deadlines for submission of the annual report, fee payers, criteria for calculation, amount, and method of calculation and payment of the fee (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 54/10, 86/11, 15/12, 3/14, 95/18 (other law) and 77/21);
– Annual Report on Packaging and Packaging Waste, in accordance with the Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 36/09 and 95/18 – other law).
On this occasion, we would like to remind you to prepare the reports in a timely manner, as the statutory deadline for submission is 31 March of the current year for data from the previous year.
