31 MARCH – DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF GHG EMISSIONS REPORTS
We hereby remind all interested parties that 31 March 2026 is the deadline for submission of the GHG (greenhouse gas) Emissions Report for data from 2025.
This obligation arises from the Climate Change Law (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 26/21) and the Rulebook on Monitoring and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 118/23).
In addition to submitting the GHG Emissions Report, our team is available for all related services, such as obtaining a GHG emission permit or preparing CBAM documentation.
