Short-term Action Plan on Air Quality Protection for the Municipality of Trstenik has been prepared
Company “Aurora green” ltd. developed a Short-term Action Plan on Air Quality Protection for the Municipality of Trstenik in December 2021, for which consent was obtained by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia on the 28th December 2021. The purpose of creating this Plan is to define specific measures and activities that the municipal administration of Trstenik, in cooperation and with the support of competent institutions, but also of the most significant polluters, can implement. This document presents the current state of air quality in the territory of the municipality, data on the type and degree of pollution and data on the area of increased pollution. Also, the situations and factors that influenced the occurrence of pollutant emission exceedances into the air were analyzed and specific measures were prescribed for the short-term reduction of the duration of the exceedances, with deadlines for their implementation, as well as specific activities intended to protect sensitive groups of the population, especially children.
