Waste Management Plan for our client “LIDL SRBIJA” ltd. was developed
During October 2021, for the company “LIDL SERBIA” ltd. the revised Waste Management Plan was submitted by our company. The mentioned plan was prepared in accordance with the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 36/09, 88/10, 14/16 and 95/18 – other law), which defines the obligation of the company to develop the Waste Management Plan if it annually produces more than 100 tons of non-hazardous waste or more than 200 kilograms of hazardous waste and to update it every three years. The update of the Waste Management Plan includes all changes in the performance of activities that are important for the waste management process, types and quantities of waste generated in the previous period and changes in the area of regulations governing waste management in the Republic of Serbia.
