Successful cooperation with PC “Kovinski komunlac” continued
Aurora Green d.o.o. continued successful cooperation with the public company “Kovinski komunalac” from Kovin, and on 10.11.2020. signed an agreement on the development of the Work Plan of the plants – non-sanitary landfills with a program of corrective measures and the dynamics, as well as the Plan of adjustment of the plants. After the development of the Waste Management Plan and the Action Plan for reaching the limit values in the waters, our company started the development of plans for non-sanitary landfills for the PC “Kovinski komunalac”.
In accordance with Articles 43 and 54 of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 36/2009, 88/2010 and 14/2016, 95/2018), the obligation of public utility companies, which manage non-sanitary landfills – municipal waste dumps, submit to the competent ministry for approval the Work Plan of the plant referred to in Article 16 of this Law with the program of corrective measures and the dynamics of adjusting the operation of the plant in accordance with this Law and the regulation governing waste disposal.
After reviewing and analyzing the complete documentation, working meetings with representatives from the PE “Kovinski Komunalac” and field visits to the locations of 9 non-sanitary landfills in the municipality of Kovin, the consultants of our company started making the subject plans. A site visit of the non-sanitary city landfill in Kovin was performed, as well as non-sanitary rural landfills in Gaj, Deliblato, Skorenovac, Mramorak, Plocica, Bavanište and Dubovac. After the development, the plans were submitted for approval to the client and the consent was obtained. This project continued the successful cooperation of these two companies, which lasts for 3 years.
