New clients of our chemical consultant
In the previous an agreement has been signed with multiple companies for the provision of consulting services by our chemical consultant, specifically in the area of chemical management in accordance with the Law on Chemicals (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 36/2009, 88/2010, 92/2011, 93/2012, and 25/2015).
Consulting services in the field of chemical management include translating and aligning safety data sheets with the Regulation on the Content of Safety Data Sheets (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 100/11), preparing all necessary documentation for registering chemicals in the Chemicals Register (for chemicals imported in the previous year), submitting applications for chemical registration in accordance with the law, and ensuring proper chemical management in compliance with the law.
The companies with which an agreement has been signed for the provision of consulting services by our chemical consultant are:
- ZAMN EUROPE B.V. (Retail trade via mail order houses or via the internet);
- SWAROVSKI (Manufacture and processing of other glass, including technical glass products);
- GORENJE (Manufacture of household electrical appliances);
- NANO GROUP (Manufacture and distribution of nano coatings);
- ROX-BG (Non-specialized wholesale trade).
