TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF WASTE MANAGEMENT

Waste management training is primarily intended for the person responsible for waste management and then for all employees who are in direct contact with the waste. The main objective of the training is to acquire knowledge in the field of waste management in order to harmonize business with the regulations, avoid high fines, save and improve the waste management system.

Waste management training consists of the following program units:

1) Current regulations in the field of waste management that directly / indirectly use the business of a company;
2) Responses that have manufacturers, owners, and other states which holds or manage with a waste;
3) Special waste streams;
4) General principles of waste management and classification of waste;
5) Waste movement document;
6) DEO Form 1 – Daily waste records of waste producers;
7) GIO Form 1 – Waste producer annual waste reports;
8) Content of the Waste Management Plan.

The training is provided by instructors with years of practical experience in this field. The training also included exercises related to filling in the appropriate forms (waste records, movement document, etc.) in accordance with the Law on Waste Management. Each participant is given an agenda and printed exercise material. The seminar is followed by a multimedia presentation. The training lasts one business day for a agreed time period. After the training, trainees will be provided with the certificates confirming that they have attended the training.

TRAINING FOR BIODEGRADABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT BY COMPOSTING METHOD

In order to achieve sustainable management of biodegradable waste, new methods are found and implemented, innovative technologies suppose to be applied in order to transform waste into the valuable bio-resource. One way to reduce the amount of organic waste, but also to reduce environmental pollution while getting a valuable product is composting.

The main objective of the training is to familiarize the students with the methods of biodegradable waste management and to adopt basic knowledge about waste composting technologies.

The training covers the following areas:

• Regulations in the field of waste management of the Republic of Serbia and the EU directives
• Basic principles of waste management,
• Basics of the waste composting process,
• Factors affecting the composting process,
• Selection of composting material,
• Composting technologies.

TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES FOR PREVENTIVE ACTION AND RESPONSE IN RIGHT SITUATIONS

The training is intended for persons responsible for chemical accident protection at facilities managing hazardous substances and obliged to develop a Prevention Policy, Safety Report and an Emergency Plan.

The training covers the following areas:

1. Familiarization with the regulations in the field of chemical accident protection and familiarization with the obligations of the Seveso operator
2. Information on the Security Management System (SUB) – description and content of documents (procedures and instructions) to be provided by the operator relating to:

TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES IN IMPLEMENTATION OF SEVESO DOCUMENTS

The main objective of the training is to improve the level of preparedness for accidents and safety and health at work, to familiarize employees with the prescribed preventive and protective measures in the event of an accident.

The specific objective of the training is:

• presenting to employees of the Accident Protection Plan and the Company Safety Report
• familiarity with the activities undertaken with regard to chemical accident risk management
• to make employees aware of the dangers assessed during the preparation of the Safety Report and the Accident Protection Plan
• to familiarize employees with each individual worker role as well as the role of organized teams, prevention measures and planned response activities.

The training covers the following areas:

1. Familiarize the students with the Accident Protection Plan and the Safety Report
2. Properties of hazardous substances and protection measures
3. Accident management.

ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING TRAINING

The main objective of the training is to acquire knowledge in the field of environmental protection through presentation of all regulations that regulate this area, responsibilities and obligations of economic entities, adequate preparation of the necessary documentation and guidelines for the implementation of necessary preventive measures.

The training is intended for all persons who have an obligation to act in accordance with the provisions of the regulations governing the field of environmental protection.

The training covers the following thematic units:

1. Regulation and basic concepts in the field of environmental protection;
2. Waste management (hazardous, non-hazardous waste, special waste streams, etc.)
3. Air and air monitoring
4. Water management
5. Environmental noise protection
6. Land protection
7. Protection against ionizing and non-ionizing radiation
8. Contractor Environmental Management Plans (EMPs)
9. Integrated Pollution Control and Prevention (IPPC)

Participants in this training also receive professional expert advice in the form of answering your questions or comments on the solution and how to manage the environmental protection in your company. After the training, students will be tested. All students who pass the test are presented with certificates, certifying that they have successfully completed the training.
