After the contract signing, location survey and collection and processing of documentation, on October 31, 2019, an Action plan for the gradual reaching of limit values of pollutants in water was submitted to the company “STUP Vrsac” s.c. in Vrsac.
The Decree on Limit Values of Pollutant Emissions into Water and the Deadlines for Their Reach (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 67/2011, 48/2012 and 1/2016), establishes emission limit values for certain groups and categories.
This document defines all activities with individual deadlines in order to harmonize the pollutant emissions into water with the limit values prescribed by the Regulation as:
Obtaining permits from competent institutions
Monitoring
Reporting to competent institutions
