PREPARATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORT (PZV1) FOR INDIRECT WATER POLLUTION
The company “Aurora green” ltd. in addition to the numerous services it offers, in its operations it introduces the provision of new services – Preparation of the annual report for indirectly water pollution (PZV1).
In accordance with Article 161 of the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 95/2018, 49/2019, 86/2019 – harmonized exp., 156/2020 – harmonized exp., 15/2021 – addendum to the harmonized financial statements and 15/23 – addendum to the harmonized financial statements) defined the obligations of preparing the relevant report. The law defines that the person responsible for compensation for indirect water pollution is a legal entity that produces or imports mineral fertilizers, that is plant protection products or detergents with phosphates into the market of the Republic of Serbia.
The latter is obliged to report their type and quantity to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Environmental Protection Agency on the prescribed form. The deadline for reporting is until March 31 of the current year for the previous year.
