NEW SERVICE: DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
The company “Aurora green” ltd. introduces the provision of a new service – Development of the Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plan.
Article 58a of the Law on Waste Management (“Official Gazette of RS” no. 36/2009, 88/2010, 14/2016, 95/18 – other law and 35/2023) prescribes the management of construction and demolition waste.
Uncontrolled dumping of construction and demolition waste is prohibited.
Construction and demolition waste need to be separated at the site of generation in order to prepare it for treatment or reuse, including backfilling and filling and/or disposal.
A person who collects, transports, stores, treats, or reuses or disposes of construction and demolition waste must keep records of the amount and type of construction and demolition waste he manages, and submit the data from the records to the Environmental Protection Agency.
In accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation on the manner and procedure of construction and demolition waste management (“Official Gazette of RS”, number 93/2023), the producer of construction and demolition waste is obliged to draw up a Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plan, obtain approval of the Plan and organizes its implementation, if the works are carried out on an object of categories B, V and G.
Along with the request for the issuance of a permit for the removal of the construction or part of the construction, the investor submits to the competent authority a decision on approval of the Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plan.
Along with the request for the issuance of a decision on a construction permit, a special permit for the execution of preparatory works, a temporary permit and a permit for the execution of works, a decision on approval of the Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plan is submitted.
